Properties of PTFE Film Tape:
PTFE film tape, also known as Teflon film tape, features heat resistance up to 260°C and a smooth surface that hardly adheres to any substances. It has extensive chemical resistance, even superior to that of many precious metals. It offers excellent electrical stability, with highly stable dielectric properties under various temperature and humidity conditions. Additionally, it boasts high insulation performance, UV resistance, antistatic properties, low moisture absorption, ease of use, and a long service life.
Applications of PTFE Film Tape:
PTFE film tape is widely used in heat-sealing and cutting machines as well as high-speed heat-sealing machines in the food, pharmaceutical, and plastic packaging industries. It is applied for anti-adhesive treatment on the surfaces of drying cylinders in various drying machines, laminating machines, guide rollers, pressure rollers, and papermaking machine drying cylinders. It is also used for anti-adhesive (glue and color) and friction-reducing treatments on the surfaces of various other workpieces.
